It demonstrates real extraction accuracy on your data, not a generic demo. There is no cost and no obligation. The POC is worth up to $50,000 in build value.

How does IDP work and what document types does it support?

EngageCentral IDP uses AI OCR and machine learning to extract structured data from any document regardless of format, language, print quality, or layout. Supported types include invoices, purchase orders, expense receipts, KYC documents, insurance claims, HR contracts, timesheets, and custom document types. Extraction accuracy typically exceeds 96% on day one.

What does CompanyBOT do?

CompanyBOT is an AI assistant trained on your company's HR policies, employee handbook, SOPs, and knowledge base. It answers employee queries about leave entitlements, payroll, benefits, and policies in natural language, 24/7. It integrates with PeopleCentral HRMS to answer personal data queries (e.g., 'How many leave days do I have left?') securely.

What is AI Signal Watch?

AI Signal Watch monitors communication patterns, survey responses, and behavioural signals to detect early indicators of disengagement, burnout, or flight risk. It surfaces anonymised team-level risk scores to HR so intervention happens before attrition. Individual privacy is preserved; Signal Watch works on aggregated patterns, not individual monitoring.

How long does the POC take to deliver?

From approved application to working prototype is typically 3–7 business days. The POC is built on your real documents and configured for your approval workflow. A live walkthrough is included to demonstrate extraction accuracy and answer technical questions.

Is our document data secure during the POC?

Yes. EngageCentral is ISO 27001 certified and PDPA compliant. Document data shared for the POC is handled under an NDA, processed in Singapore data centres, and deleted within 30 days after the POC unless you proceed to deployment.
